Please keep in mind that not all files with an extension *.avi or *.mp4 are encoded using H264 and may not work as expected in the media library as a result.
MP3 audio file *.mp3 This is the only audio file format currently supported by Beacon Bee for use in the media library. Luckily, it is also the most common format used for audio files.
CSV file *.csv This is just a plain text file with data layed out in comma separated columns and can be read and written by a large number of applications including Microsoft Excel. This is one of the formats used by Beacon Bee to export and import database records.
XML file *.xml This is the second file format used by Beacon Bee to import and export data. Tabular data (from contact us and form maker pages for example) are exported in the Microsoft Office/Excel 2003 XML format. External website backups are generated in a native Beacon Bee XML format although it can probably (but not gauranteed to) be understodd by other applications and systems and is intended for use only by Beacon Bee.
Zip archive file *.zip These are generated and attached to emails generated in response to a form maker page with one or more file upload fields. These can be opened directly in most modern operating systems or by using your preferred unarchival tool.
