This feature allows you to create multiple users to manage your website. Every user can be assigned discrete roles each of which grants access to a specific aspect of your website. Please keep in mind the roles available to your website depends on your provider and package.
User roles
| Role | Description |

| Site Manager | This is the default super role assigned to the primary site user which is created when the site is first setup. This role can not be removed from the default user but can be extended to other users you create. |
| Design Manager | This role controls access to the various design related tasks and activities in Beacon Bee. |
| Content Manager | This role allows the user to edit site content including the media library and in fact covers all sections except those explicitly covered by a different role. |
| Structure Manager | This role controls access to the structure tab of a page allowing the user to manage the site structure and page properties. |
| Settings Manager | This role controls access to the site administration functionality including the management of the feature settings in this section. |
| Activity Manager | This role controls access to reports generated covering the usage activity of the website such as content updates, user access and usage of resources such as bandwidth and various addon packs. |
| Campaign Manager | This role controls access to the Email Campaign Manager and all of its functionality. |
| Commerce Manager | This role controls access to the commerce features. |
| Analytics Manager | This role controls access to the search engine optimisation and third party analytics integration features. |
